The conceptuization of this vision began at the IPPC 2021, and on the 18th of December 2021, lands were acquired, and soon afterwards plans were drawn up in line with the vision. We broke ground at Kingsgate 1 on 11th January 2022 at 10.32am. We started the journey with a dedicated team of hard-working men and women who understood the vision and dedicated themselves to the excellence that they saw in the conceptualization and planning phase.
We went through different stages and a wide range of emotions, but
determination and faith were constant through the process. Despite
having many disappointments, we stuck to our guns and prevailed with
rugged faith.
We encountered various challenges throughout the construction of our
hotel, and despite getting our hands dirty with unsightly portions in the
construction, we were able to achieve the standard of luxury we aimed
for. As you step into our hotel, you immediately understand that it was
well worth the challenge.
